Refund Policy

We want you to feel supported, not stuck. This Refund Policy explains when and how we can refund payments made to My Within.
14-day EU right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days for a full refund — unless the digital service has already been substantially performed with your explicit consent (typically: 5+ WEVA analyses generated, 30+ voice-journal minutes transcribed).
App Store & Play Store purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by the store, not by Inside Out Harmony e.U. Refund requests for those purchases must be made to Apple or Google:
- reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple in-app purchases
- Play refund policy — Google Play in-app purchases
Web (Stripe) subscriptions
For web subscriptions billed via Stripe, contact support@my-within.com with your order ID. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Credit packs (consumables)
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been spent (e.g. on WEVA reports, voice transcription) they are non-refundable.
Coach sessions
Sessions cancelled with 24 h+ notice: full refund. Less than 24 h notice: the individual coach decides (default 50 %). No-shows are non-refundable.
