Is my data private? Yes. Health data is protected under Article 9 GDPR with explicit consent, pseudonymised before any AI processing, and hosted in Helsinki, Finland (Hetzner HEL1) — fully inside the EU/EEA.
Can I delete my account? Anytime, from Profile → Delete my account. Full instructions: Account & Data Deletion page. We purge everything within 30 days.
Do you offer refunds? Yes — see our Refund Policy.
How do I become a coach? Sign up as a coach in the app and upload your qualification certificate. Our team reviews within 3–5 business days.
