Terms of Service

Welcome to My Within. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Inside Out Harmony e.U. (Außerlitzstraße 10a, 6780 Schruns, Austria · my-within.com) governing your use of the My Within mobile and web applications, related coaching services, and the WEVA — Wellbeing Emotional Vitality Assistant features (together, the "Service").

My Within is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional care, and cannot diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed professional.
Accounts
You must be 16+ (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for keeping your login safe. One account per person.
Payments & subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. On mobile, in-app subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and are cancelled via the respective store’s subscription-management page. On the web, subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Refunds per our Refund Policy.
Content
You own your journal entries and other content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them to provide the service.
Prohibited use
No harassment, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or use to harm yourself or others.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime; we’ll purge it within 30 days — see the Account & Data Deletion page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Austrian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country of their habitual residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Feldkirch, Vorarlberg — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues.
EU Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a consumer-arbitration procedure (§ 36 VSBG).
